01What can we build?
A web application can replace spreadsheets, manual updates or several disconnected tools. It works in a browser and can serve employees, customers or business partners.
- customer and partner portals
- order and workflow management tools
- B2B systems and internal platforms
- dashboards, reporting and automation
- API integrations with existing systems
02Start with an MVP
We do not begin by building every possible feature. Together we select the functions that solve the central problem and make the product testable.
A starting MVP can include up to five main screens, basic accounts, a database and one simple integration. Further modules follow real usage and feedback.
03A clear, staged project
The initial scope is documented before development. Interface designs show how the product will work, and progress is reviewed throughout the build.
04Project stages
- problem and user discovery
- MVP scope and screen flows
- UX/UI design and approval
- development, data and integrations
- testing, deployment and iteration
